Shipping Policy

At Mainely Meltz, we take pride in delivering your order quickly, discreetly, and reliably. The following policy outlines how we process, ship, and deliver our products.

1. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a second email with tracking information once it has shipped.

2. Shipping Methods & Carriers

  • We ship via trusted U.S. carriers with delivery tracking.
  • All packages are shipped in discreet, plain packaging with no product branding.
  • Adult signature (21+) is required at delivery.

3. Delivery Timeline

  • Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on location.
  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, or enforcement checks are outside our control.

4. Shipping Restrictions

  • We only ship to U.S. states where hemp-derived THCa is lawful.
  • Orders placed from restricted states will be canceled and refunded.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to verify local and state laws before ordering.

5. Lost or Delayed Packages

  • If tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive your package, contact the carrier directly first.
  • For lost or delayed shipments, reach out to support@mainelymeltz.com and we’ll assist where possible.
  • Mainely Meltz is not liable for packages seized or delayed due to non-compliance with local laws.

6. Order Issues

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@mainelymeltz.com with your order number and photos so we can resolve the issue.

7. International Shipping

At this time, we do not ship internationally.
