Refund / Return Policy

At Mainely Meltz, we stand behind the quality of our products. Because we deal with consumables, all sales are considered final. However, we will make it right if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.


1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

You may request a return or refund if:

  • The product was received damaged in shipping.

  • The product was defective or compromised upon arrival.

  • You received the wrong product compared to your order confirmation.

Refunds are not offered for:

  • Change of mind or preference.

  • Opened or used products.

  • Orders placed in violation of state laws or our shipping restrictions.


2. How to Request a Return or Refund

  • Contact support@mainelymeltz.com within 7 days of delivery.

  • Provide your order number, photos of the product and packaging, and a description of the issue.

  • Our team will review your request and confirm eligibility.


3. Resolution Options

If your request is approved, we will:

  • Issue a refund to your original payment method, OR

  • Provide a replacement product at no additional charge.


4. Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping (if required) may be covered by Mainely Meltz for approved claims.

  • Customers are responsible for safe packaging of returned items.


5. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled before shipment for a full refund.

  • Once shipped, the order is final unless it meets the criteria above.


Note: Because laws vary, it is your responsibility to ensure hemp-derived THCa products are legal in your state before ordering. Refunds will not be issued for seized or restricted shipments.
